Hello, welcome to my journal.

I'll be posting romanised lyrics of Vocaloid/Utaite-related songs and Utattemita-related downloads (namely Utaite recordings). The lyrics will be cross-posted at eternalsnow and the downloads in my journal will be locked, drop me a comment for access in this post.
Also, I've stolen the tag system from Nikki because it's too awesome. (Jokes, I got permission.)

Rules concerning downloads:
1) Please do not upload to video-sharing sites such as Youtube.
2) Don't take the downloads out of this journal. If you want mirrors, just request it.
3) Making your own MP3 rips from videos is fine, but the above two rules still apply.
(If you want me to make MP3 rips, I'll be happy to.)

Concerning the (amateur) English translations:
Don't take them out. It's embarrassing and some of them aren't that accurate.
They're there to give you the feel of the song and for me to practice my Japanese.

I've also taken liberties where the direct English translation is awkward by substituting etc.

Hi.. May I have access to the downloads too? Um, I'm new to the fandom so I'd love to learn more and I've been trying to find blogs and communities about utattemita x) And also, I've been thinking of sharing my live recordings too (even though the quality isn't very good) because I'd like to contribute something to the fandom but I don't dare to >.<;;

How do you record your lives? Since the best way is to do it off the sound card, because then it's just as how you should hear it.

Pff, who wouldn't want to ;D I loved that bit, which is why I shared that file in particular, hahaa.
I'm glad that my fiddling with Audacity at the time made that file turned out better than the other ones, ugh, the noise..

Ahh, don't feel stupid! It's the card in the computer that actually enables you to have any sound at all. So if you record off that, then you get the best audio possible!
And you don't have to use any peripheral recording devices like speakers and microphones that introduce noise and blah, so it's optimal.

That's nice! My school forced us to learn Soundforge, which was ugly and kept crashing because the school computers couldn't even handle that much and hmpfhhh =A=
